Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior which not tied to any reward system, but can help the organization function effectively and efficiently. OCB be improved with an emotional approach through Perceived Support increase work motivation Transformational Leadership. This study aims determine effect of Leadership on at Plataran Ubud Hotel & Spa. The sample used was 70 people, taken based saturated sampling technique. data analysis technique multiple linear analysis, while hypothesis testing uses t test F test. results show that, 1) has positive significant OCB; 2) Style 3) simultaneously influence OCB. coefficient determination that transformational leadership style 55.1%. implication this employee OCB, companies must perceived organizational support adjust applied.
